Seven Seas Trying for a Baby is specially formulated for women planning to conceive. This prenatal supplement contains an advanced* form of Folic Acid, combining both Folic Acid and L-methylfolate, to help increase folate levels in preparation for pregnancy¹. Dosage:
Take 1 tablet daily with water during a meal. Begin taking at least 1 month before trying to conceive or whenever there's a chance of becoming pregnant.
Each pack contains 28 tablets (4 weeks' supply).

Ingredients:

*Compared to Folic Acid, L-methylfolate is a form of folate which is ready to be used directly by your body.
1Supplemental folic acid intake increases the maternal folate status. A low maternal folate level is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. For women of child-bearing age beneficial effect is obtained with a supplemental folic acid daily intake of 400μg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception. Development of neural tube defects have several risk factors. Altering a single factor may or may not have a beneficial effect.
